Hi my name is Courtney! I grew up in upstate New York in the Finger Lake region. I learned to appreciate nature and its beauty and found myself painting and drawing what surrounded me. My grandfather is an artist and he always pushed me to try out new mediums. I used everything from paints, to oil pastel, to charcoal, and after a long list of others, this led me to design and digital art.
Using basic design principles, I started appreciating shapes and structures. With its extensive meaning, the circle and its values are something that I incorporate in all my designs. The circle is a universal symbol, representing totality, wholeness, originality, inclusivity, self-expression, timelessness, and movement.
